What IS Hypnosis?
I am a Certified Practitioner of Dolores Canon’s method of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT), a technique that guides you into a trance state, or theta brainwave state. You naturally enter this state right before falling asleep. This is a State of Mind where the Subconscious Mind (The Higher Self) can be accessed. The Subconscious mind holds the records of all of our past lives and memories along with the souls contract’s and purpose. This goes beyond the Freudian definition of Subconscious coined in Psychology. This is the Akashic Record keeper, all-knowing, library of infinite information within this vast and mysterious Universe. Yes, this information lives inside all of us and can be accessed through relaxation.
Past Life Regressions are completely safe and the information given will never harm you as it is only given if it aligns with your soul’s path. It is insight that exist’s outside time and space, simply hidden from the Conscious Mind. This Higher Intelligence is our pure Essence, by bypassing the Ego-Mind we open a direct line of communication with the Divine that holds the codes for evolution.
In this Somnambulistic level (theta state), we dive deep into the root of physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional ailments. Ex: repeated life-patterns, fears, phobias, health issues, etc. By reprograming the body, it can heal itself. The body is truly a miracle.

I am Level 2 Reiki Certified by Luz Duque, a Shamanic healer based in Miami, FL. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique founded by Mikao Usui that utilizes the Universal Life Force Energy — our own natural resource that flows through all living beings (also known as Chi, Prana, Ki, Spirit). My body acts as a vessel to channel this Source Energy through my palms and into your Chakras, or energy centers. The energy flows where it needs to go in order to heal on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. This energy will never deplete you, but rather restore, nourish and balance you. Completely safe for all ages to receive, it is recommended to do more than once so that the energy builds within you. Yes, you can still experience massive shifts in one session. It is a calming practice that activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest, digest, and heal state) which shifts the hormones in the body to produce more Serotonin (happy hormone :) and reduce Cortisol (stress) bringing the body into a deep healing state. Old, forgotten memories may come up to be released. Allowing for harmony to be restored and blockages to be removed, Reiki feels gentle, warm, and light. What is Sound Healing?
Follow the Sound… Listen. The body is made up of water, atoms, molecules, cells and tissue that oscillate and resonate at a certain frequency. This resonance is penetrated with vibration that travels through the air from the instruments and into your body. The brainwaves shift into Alpha, quieting the mental chatter, and Theta, a deep transcendental and healing state. If you are experiencing dissonance within, this session will shake your cells and reset them into their natural state. You may be able to viscerally feel your body move through blockages as certain frequencies illicit different emotions and reactions.
